It's been awhile....

How about a recipe?

Broccoli-Apple Slaw
Mix the dressing and stir into dry ingredients.

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 smalls shallot, chopped (I had red onion on hand and used it instead.)
salt and pepper

1/2 bunch broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 apple, finely chopped or thinly sliced (your preference)
1/4 cup Craisins
2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts (I used pecans because pine nuts are pricey.)

I love it! You know Keith can't eat apples and won't eat broccoli.
